What's missing isn't effort or courage. It's clarity and direction: knowing exactly who you serve, what you sell, what it costs, and what the next ninety days actually look like.

Before we meet, you complete a structured questionnaire and workbook. It surfaces the thinking you already have and shows me where the map needs the most detail.

Walk it together
Five hours of 1:1 guidance, walking the route together in one or two sessions. Direct, unhurried, and entirely focused on your direction.

Every decision is written up as your launchpadd map: a clear, usable guide you can follow the next morning, closing with a prioritised 90-day plan.
